About your therapist – Rachael Slack

‘Mindful Living’ 8 week programme is delivered by Therapist and Life Coach, Rachael Slack.

Rachael is an experienced, qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Life Coach (you can visit Rachael's hypnotherapy practice at She has delivered 1:1 therapy sessions to numerous clients over several years. She has vast experience of treating clients from all walks of life, with a range of issues. She also mentors trainee Hypnotherapists and delivers life coaching/motivational sessions to local entrepreneurs and Olympian athletes.

Rachael believes that calmer way of living is achievable. She recognises that many people do not reach their full potential, held back by deep-rooted thought patterns and negative behaviours.

Rachael has used mindfulness techniques in her professional and personal life, helping her to achieve her goals. She is dedicated to sharing these techniques and helping others to move forward and achieve their own personal best; finding greater happiness along the way.

On a personal note, Rachael is married with 6 children and 5 grandchildren. In her spare time, she gets a huge buzz from taking part in ultra-athlete competitions, including Ironman triathlons. Rachael has also proudly represented Team GB in Horst, Holland, ETU Duathlon Championships in her age group. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family.
